On September 4, 2012, I went to my first Linkin Park concert. No other concert can ever beat it (unless it's another LP one). I came up with the little poem above because I was feeling......eh. XD

Anyone who says they 'miss the old Linkin Park' can go cry me a river, build me a bridge, get over that bridge, dig a hole in the dirt on the other side of that bridge, crawl into that hole and die. Linkin Park is, has and always will be awesome!

I've created a race for my Rise of the Guardians fanfic.

Term: Carrier

Plural: Carriers

Definition: Beings in the form of children. Created by Mother Nature (nicknamed Mana) and Man in the Moon (Manny). Beings that receive the magic of a spirit-to-be and carry it within themselves [hence the term Carrier] until the spirit-to-be is ready. The first members of their race came to exist as if they were one life. They were given the gifts that would belong to the first spirits, the ones most important in keeping the children of the world save, and left alone by Manny and Mana to live as they pleased while waiting for their own spirits-to-be.

Other info: Carriers have the power to give and take gifts as they see fit, and have an overwhelming sense of right and wrong. They have close to no control over the gift they are given when they first receive it, but as they learn to control it, both their minds and bodies mature. Like Guardians, they can't be seen by those that don't believe in them. However, they can be seen by their designated spirit whether or not they believe in them. A Carrier automatically knows when their designated spirit-to-be is ready. When a spirit is given its magic, the Carrier is left with some kind of compensation; a piece of the magic they carried. Both the giving/receiving of gift between Carrier and spirit and compensation are completed under the watchful eye of Man in the Moon. If one Carrier has given its gift, it can take or receive another Carrier's gift or compensation. Carriers do not lose their magic if they are not believed in, nor do they gain more power if more children believe in them. However, if they carry another Carrier's compensation (not gift) for too long (amount of time inconsistent), they begin to grow weak and a new Carrier must be created specifically to take their compensation. This interaction will cause the compensation to meld into the gift that is given to the new Carrier, and it will become part of the spirit's magic and part of the new Carrier's compensation. Their compensation can also be stripped from them, as well as the gift they carry. When this happens, they grow weak very quickly, and when they are too weak, they Fade. When they Fade, their body becomes an ethereal orb of energy that becomes part of the moon's light. They can only be recreated if both Mother Nature and Man in the Moon deem their existence necessary.
